MANGO SALMON

INGREDIENTS

4 salmon filets
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix all and rub evenly on fillets. Broil 6 min or desired doneness and brush each filet with 1 tablespoon mango Peggy pepper jelly broil 1 min.
